When is your home’s next survey?
You are in your survey window anytime between nine to 15 months after the exit date of your last survey. Don’t always assume surveys start on a Monday or Tuesday. State surveyors are required to do a certain number of “staggered” surveys each federal fiscal year. A staggered survey means the surveyors will enter anytime after 7:00 P.M., holidays or on weekends.
